- Team Leader for major international evaluations (ActionAid, Plan International, WFP, CRS, WILDAF)
- Expertise in humanitarian, development and recovery programmes
- Sector expertise: Health, WASH, Education, Gender, Nutrition, Food Security
- Advanced skills in qualitative and quantitative methods (surveys, FGDs, KIIs, Outcome Harvesting)
- Strong data analysis skills (Excel, SPSS, Kobo, mWater)
- Integration of AI in evaluation, writing and analysis: DeepSeek, NoteBook LM, ChatGPT, Gemini
- Experience across 10+ African countries
- Excellent report writing and evaluation leadership skills
