As part of my collaboration with EY Tunis, I worked as an Economics and Statistics Expert to support Ernst & Young Tunis and the Djibouti Chamber of Commerce in the design and implementation of a digital directory of professionals in the construction and public works sector (BTP).

As part of the current mission, several activities were successfully conducted. First, a three-day training session was organized, bringing together 40 civil society organizations (CSOs) focused on the theme of monitoring and evaluation. The primary objective was to strengthen participants’ project management skills by providing them with appropriate tools and methodologies for effective evaluation. The training included interactive workshops centered on fundamental concepts, as well as practical case studies illustrating best practices. Discussion groups were also facilitated, allowing participants to share their experiences and collaboratively seek solutions to the challenges encountered. At the end of the training, an evaluation process was implemented to gather feedback from participants, which helped identify their future training needs.
